JUSTICE M.I.ARUN ORAL ORDER The case of the petitioner is that she is the owner of the property which is the subject matter of the writ petition and that she has made an application to respondent No.2 to issue katha in her favour in respect of the said property. However, respondent No.2 has failed to act on the request of the petitioner, and hence the present writ petition is filed with the following prayers: "to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other suitable writ or directions directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation and mutated the katha in the name of the petitioner, - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:15956 WP No. 8922 of 2026 made by the petitioner dated 27/11/2025 marked Annexure-F within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court, Award costs, pass such other order or direction that this Hon'ble Court deem fit to grant in the interest of justice and equity." 2. Learned counsel for the respondents upon instructions submits that the petitioner has made a physical application for grant of katha and the petitioner is required to make an online application along with the necessary documents and the same would be considered and appropriate orders will be passed. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to make an online application. Hence, the following ORDER Writ petition stands disposed of.
