The grievance of the petitioner is that Mutation Appeal/ Revision arising out of order of Mutation Case No.2299/R27/2022-23 is pending since one and half year without any progress. 3. The petitioner in-person submits that suffice it would be if a direction is given to the Land Reforms Deputy Collector, Gumla to pass an appropriate order at the earliest. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that if the matter is still pending, the same will be disposed of at the earliest. 5. Considering the said submission, I direct the Land Reforms Deputy Collector, Gumla to pass an appropriate order on the Appeal filed by the petitioner at the earliest after hearing all the parties concerned, without giving unnecessary adjournment to the parties. Once the order is passed preferably within a period of three months, communicate the same to the petitioner. 6. With the aforesaid observation, the instant writ petition stands disposed of.
