In this Writ Petition, petitioner has sought for a direction to respondent No.2 to consider the representation dated 23.09.2025 (Annexure-D) and to effect khata in the RTC and mutation records in terms of the registered compromise decree dated 09.04.2019 produced at Annexure-C to the Writ Petition. 3. Sri. Balaraj V.R., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner referred to the final decree in O.S.No.6636/2018 on - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:25571 WP No. 32184 of 2025 the file of the XX Addl. City Civil and Sessions Judge at Bengaluru City(Annexure-C) and contended that, the respondent No.2 be directed to effect khata in terms of the compromise final Decree in O.S.No.6636/2018. 4. Per contra, learned High Court Government Pleader submitted that khata be mutated in terms of the Judgment and Decree in O.S. No.6636/2018. 5. Having taken note of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the respondent No.2 is directed to consider the representation dated 23.09.2025(Annexure-D) in accordance with law, and take decision in terms of the Decree in O.S.No.6636/2018 referred to at Annexure-C to the Writ Petition, within one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 6.
