Also heard Mr. S.S. Baghel, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondent/State. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the 2 following prayers : “ i. Quash and set aside FIR No. 659/2025 dated 11.11.2025 registered at Police Station Arang, District Raipur under Sections 376 and 506, IPC; ii. Quash and set aside Charge Sheet No. 02/2026 dated 05.01.2026 filed by Police Station Arang, District Raipur under Sections 376 and 506, IPC before the learned JMFC, Arang, District Raipur; iii. Quash and set aside the Order dated 08.01.2026 passed by the learned JMFC, Arang, District Raipur taking cognizance of the offences under Sections 376 and 506, IPC in exercise of power under section 210, BNSS which was presented before the learned Court by way of the Charge Sheet No. 02/2026 dated 05.01.2026 by Police Station Arang, District Raipur and proceedings arising thereof and related thereto; iv. Pass such other and further order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charges have already been framed against the petitioner during the pendency of the present petition, therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw the petition. 3 4.
