Vs. Parkash Kaur and others” and judgment of Hon’ble Supreme Court of India reported in SLP (Crl.) No.4935 of 2006 decided on 15.05.2008 in case titled as “ICICI Bank Vs. Shanti Devi Sharma & Ors.”. 2. After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to avail alternative remedies as are available to the petitioner in accordance with law. 3.
