CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE S VISHWAJITH SHETTY
ORAL ORDER
1. This petition under Section 439(2) of Cr.PC is filed by the State with a prayer to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the respondents herein by the Court of II Addl. District & Sessions Judge, Udupi, sitting at Karkala, in Crl. Misc. No.19/2025 by order dated 03.02.2025.
