The present writ petition has been filed seeking setting aside of the show cause notice dated 28th August, 2026 issued under Section 344(1) and 343 of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957 and another show cause notice under Section 345-A of the DMC Act dated 9th September, 2026 in respect of the property bearing no. Mr. Sistani, counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has filed a response to the aforesaid notice on 17th September, 2026. He further submits that the petitioner apprehends that demolition/ sealing action will be carried out by the respondent/MCD despite the fact that no demolition or sealing order has been passed. 4. Mr. Nath, appearing on behalf of the respondent/MCD, on instructions, submits that the writ petition is premature as till date, no sealing order or demolition order has been passed by respondent/MCD. 5. Taking the aforesaid statement on record, the present writ petition is disposed of. 6. Needless to state, the respondent/MCD shall proceed in accordance with law. The respondent/MCD shall grant a personal hearing to the petitioner before proceeding further. 7. In the event the petitioner has any further grievance with the order(s) that may be passed by MCD, the petitioner would be at liberty to take appropriate remedy in accordance with law. 8.
