As the defects were not removed Lawazima Board of Joint Registrar (Judicial) gave two weeks’ time to remove the defects on 17.05.2018. When the defects were not removed the same was placed before Lawazima Board of Registrar General on 27.03.2019 when again two weeks’ time was given to remove the defects. 3. Finally when the defects were not removed this case was listed before the Bench. This Court on 03.09.2019 gave one week’s peremptory time to remove the defects. As the defects was not removed the writ petition was dismissed for default 2026:JHHC:18511 2 11.09.2019. 4. On 09.09.2021 a CMP being CMP No. 309 of 2021 was filed for restoration of this writ petition and finally on 05.05.2023 this writ petition was restored to its original file. 5. After restoration of this writ petition on 05.05.2023, till date no step has been taken by the petitioner to remove the defects pointed out by the office and now we are in the year 2026. 6.
