Counsel for the petitioner has placed on record a copy of the letter dated 10.08.2026, whereby a 'No Dues Certificate' has been issued and cash credit facility of Rs. 20,00,000/- sanctioned in favour of the petitioner stands adjusted in full and final settlement by way of a One-Time Settlement (OTS). The necessary letter to the Tehsildar, Sub- Tehsil Panchrukhi, vacating the bank’s charge on the mortgaged land, has also been issued. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment?
