Affidavit of service, as filed, be kept with the record. 2. In spite of service, the State is not represented. 3. The petitioner was an Assistant Teacher in language group in a School. The petitioner having retired in 2022 had submitted her exercise of option form in 2020, in spite whereof, authorities have not released the requisite pensionary and retirement benefits in her favour. 4. The School authorities have already furnished all requisite documents regarding the petitioner to the concerned District Inspector of Schools (D.I.). 5. The concerned DI, respondent no. 3 herein, has not taken any steps in the matter and has ignored the same for a while now. 6. The representation of the petitioner of 29.12.2025, made to the D.I., is lying unattended. 7. In view thereof, I direct respondent no. 3, to take a decision in the matter and forward the requisite papers, along with his recommendation, to respondent no. 6, by 15.05.2026. 8. If found eligible, the respondent no. 6 will proceed to issue the requisite Pension Payment Order P a g e | 2 (PPO) by 31.05.2026, to facilitate disbursal of the petitioner’s payment of retirement and pensionary benefits. 9.
