It is the grievance of the petitioners that the land of Halka No.03, Mouja Sindur, Khata No.59, Khesra No.2586, Plot No.43, Area 0.15 Acre, Thana Sadar, situated at Circle Office-Sadar within the district of Hazaribag has been settled in favour of the petitioners under a scheme floated by the Government. 3. It is their case that since the petitioners were landless, this 0.15 Acre land was settled in their favour but the respondents had not demarcated their land, which is creating a problem. 4. Considering the same, I direct the petitioners to approach the respondent No.4-Circle Officer, Sadar, Hazaribag within a period of three weeks from today, who will consider the representation of the petitioners and will verify the documents through which the land was settled to the petitioners and, thereafter, will demarcate the land and also supply a copy of the said report to the petitioners. 5. It is expected that the proceeding should be completed within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6.
