Mr. Baldev Singh Negi, Additional Advocate General, for respondent No.2. OMP(M) No. 347 of 2026 In sequel to order dated 23.06.2026, respondent No.1 stands duly served. Despite being duly served none has put in apperance on his behalf, hence, he is proceeded ex-parte. This is an application filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay. It has been stated in the application that the impugned judgment dated 20.06.2025 was passed by the learned District Judge, Mandi, H.P. The certified copy of the impugned judgment was applied on 25.06.2025 and delivered on 03.07.2025. It has been further stated that after the passing of the judgment, the applicants contacted their counsel in order to procure the entire case file for the preparation of the present appeal, and thereafter, immediately and promptly, the instant appeal was filed. The learned counsel for the applicants has shown sufficient cause for delay in filing the appeal in the application for condonation of delay. The learned Additional Advocate General has no objection, in case the present application is allowed. In view of the averments as made in the application, which is duly supported by an affidavit and keeping in view the fact that the learned Additional Advocate General has no objection, the present application is allowed, and the delay in filing the appeal is condoned. Application stands disposed of. Arb. Appeal No.____/2026 (Filing No. ARB. A/25863/2026) Appeal be registered. Heard. Admit. List for hearing in due course. Issue post admission notice to respondent No.1 returnable within four weeks, on taking steps within three days. In the meantime, record be requisitioned. OMP No. ______of 2026 Application be registered. Subject to deposit of entire awarded amount alongwith up-to-date interest by the applicants/appellants, execution, implementation and operation of impugned award dated 15.09.2023, passed by learned Arbitrator and judgment dated 20.06.2025, passed by learned District Judge, Mandi, H.P. in Arbitration Act No. 747 of 2024, shall remain stayed during the pendency of appeal.
