1. The present application has been filed under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking withdrawal of the present appeal in view of the amicable settlement arrived at between the parties through mediation.

Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties in terms of mediation report dated 08.08.2026, before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Dwarka Courts.
