According to him, he is serving as Attending on daily wages in Nagar Palika Parishad, Tehri Garhwal since 2006. In this writ petition, petitioner contends that he is entitled for promotion to Group-C post of Junior Assistant, therefore, his claim be considered for such promotion. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has made a representation to the competent authority on 01.04.2025. He submits that petitioner be permitted to make fresh representation. 5. Learned State Counsel submits that he has no objection if the writ petition is disposed of in terms of prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 6. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of by permitting the petitioner to make fresh representation to the Executive Officer, Nagar Palika Parishad, Tehri Garhwal. If he makes such representation within two weeks from today, decision thereupon shall be taken, as per law, within four months thereafter.
