Learned Registrar (Judicial-I) verified the Consent Terms, parties to the Consent Terms and their signatures on it. 4. The Registrar (Judicial-I) has submitted the Report dated 6th October, 2026 to this Court, wherein at paragraph 14 learned Registrar has stated as under :- “14. In view of the directions given by the Hon'ble Court, the Consent Terms with its enclosures i.e., draft Permanent Alternate Accommodation Agreement, Declarations/Affidavits given by the sisters of the Petitioner and Declaration/NOC given by the Petitioner and his son as well as Resolution dated 05/10/2026 of the Respondent Company and the self attested photo copies of the Aadhar Cards of the Petitioner and authorised signatory of the Respondent-Company are duly verfied and collectively marked as "X" for the purpose of identification.” 5. Considering the same, the Consent Terms are taken on record. The present Petition stands disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms. Consent Terms shall form part of this order. 6.
