The petitioner has preferred the present contempt petition for willful disobedience of the order dated 24.11.2025, wherein proceedings in pursuance to the notice dated 12.11.2025, issued by the Gram Panchayat Biloni were stayed and despite that Gram Panchayat Biloni has demolished the structure, therefore, the respondents have committed contempt of order dated 24.11.2025. 2. Heard and perused the material available on record. 3. After going through the contents of the notice dated 12.11.2025, the Court stayed the operation of the notice vide order dated 24.11.2025. It is to be noted that there was no specific order by the Court that the shop would not be demolished etc., therefore, no contempt is made out. 3.
