This is an application filed under Section 483 BNSS, praying for grant of bail to the petitioner, namely, Piku Deka @ Piku Kumar Deka who was arrested in connection with Paltanbazar P.S. Case No. 04/2026 registered under Sections Page No.# 2/2 3(5)/318(4)/351(3) of BNS, 2023. 3. It is submitted by Mr. Biswas, learned counsel that the petitioner was arrested in connection with this case on 06.02.2026 and hence, considering his length of detention, he may be released on bail. 4. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam, submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted the charge-sheet in said Paltanbazar P.S. Case No. 04/2026 vide Charge-Sheet No. 29/2026 dated 27.02.2026. 5. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to approach the learned Trial Court for his regular bail in said Paltanbazar P.S.
