Advocate for the plaintiff and contents mentioned therein. Ld. Advocate for the plaintiff submits that office obejctions were complied with and uploaded on 07.10.2026. However, C-filing department rejected compliance on the ground that twice files were uploaded. Ld. Advocate tenders print out of uploaded documents, which shows that only one file was uploaded. Looking to the factual position, it appears that due to technical glitch, office rejected compliace done by the plaintiff. Therefore, it is necessary to restore captioned Suit to its original file and grant further time to the plaintiff for necessary compliance. In view thereof, in the interest of justice, Suit (L) No. 34692/2025 is restored to file. Office is directed to take follow up action. Thus, time granted to the petitioner to remove office objections of Petition, if any, and get the same registered and/or numbered by uploading/filing compliance praecipe, is extended till 21.10.2026, failing Suit to stand rejected for non-compliance of office objections under O.S.Rule 986.
