This Court disposes of this petition with a direction unto the learned Special Judge, NDPS Cases, Baramulla to accord an expedited hearing to the petitioner’s pending bail petition whereby the petitioner is seeking bail on medical grounds which are said to be pressing in nature. 2. The delay in adjudication of said bail petition is reckoned to be rendering the petitioner’s health condition compromised in the sense that because of the pendency of said bail petition he is not in a position even to petition this Court for the purpose of seeking bail on medical ground. 3. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Special Judge, NDPS Cases, Baramulla, to dispose of the petitioner’s pending bail petition, if any, on or before 10th of August, 2026.
