Learned counsel for the petitioner has also relied upon the order dated 07.08.2025 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.18998/2022 titled as Mrs. Nirmala Kabra Vs. The Registrar of Trade Marks and Ors. 3. The said submission has not been opposed by the learned counsel for the respondent No.1.
