When the matter was taken up for hearing the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted if the petitioner is producing all the necessary documents, the petitioner's claim would be considered. 3. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to submit further documents to the respondents. On such submission, the respondents are directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders, in accordance to law.
