The present modification application has been filed for modification of the order dated 22.01.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 70445 of 2024, whereby the petitioner was granted the privilege of anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest within four weeks. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to some unavoidable circumstances the petitioner could not appear before the learned trial court on two consecutive dates. Patna High Court CR. Having considered the submissions and upon perusal of the records, it is evident that the order sought to be modified was passed on 22.01.2025 and the present application has been filed only in 2026, after an inordinate and unexplained delay. 5. In view of the aforesaid, I am not inclined to modify the order dated 22.01.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 70445 of 2024. 6.
