It is the contention of the Petitioners that although his revision application before Respondent No.2/Registrar of Money Lending Cooperative Societies Office, Pune against the order passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar, is pending, the Revenue Authorities are likely to take revenue entries on the basis of the order passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar in Money Lending Appeal No.9 of 2025. Considering the apprehension expressed by the Petitioners which is by the pending Sunny Thote 2026:BHC-AUG:48547 2 17-WP-14079-2026.odt application before the Tahsildar, Sonpeth, District Parbhani dated 6th October, 2026. Also in view of the application dated 6th October, 2026 as well as his application dated 5th October, 2026, requesting the Registrar of Money Lending to pre-pone the date of hearing of stay application. It would be appropriate to grant protection to the Petitioners by directing to maintain status quo in respect of the subject property during the pendency of his stay application filed in Revision Application No.2026/803. 4. Accordingly, the parties are directed to maintain status quo in respect of subject property during pendency of stay application filed in Revision Application No.2026/803. 5.
