The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the instant Cr. Misc. Petition has been filed to modify the order dated 16.06.2026 passed in B.A. No.3472 of 2026. 3. The learned counsel further submits that while granting bail to the petitioner in the aforesaid bail application, it was observed that one of the bailors should be pairvirkar (mother) of the said bail application. However, she has no sufficient means so as to stand as a bailor. Further, the pairvirkar of the instant Cr. Misc. Petition is ready to become one of the bailor of the petitioner. As such, the same may be modified. 4. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the order dated 16.06.2026 passed in B.A. No.3472 of 2026 is modified to the extent that one of the bailor should be pairvirkar of the instant Cr. Misc. Petition i.e. Cr. M. P. No.1923 of 2026 instead of mother of the petitioner who was the pairvikar of the petitioner in the bail petition. The condition no. (i) in the aforesaid bail order is accordingly modified. 5. The instant Cr. M. P. stands disposed of. 6. Let this order be communicated to the court concerned through FAX/e-mail.
