Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. Perused the record. 3. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the charge sheet in the matter has been filed. The present Criminal Petition has been filed challenging the quashing of the FIR in Cr.No.545 of 2020 on the file of Mangalagiri Police Station, registered on 14.12.2020. 4. A learned Single Judge of this Court, in Crl.P.No.2261 of 2021 pertaining to Accused No.3, disposed of the petition granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised. In view of the filing of the charge sheet, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate legal recourse against the filing of the charge sheet.
