1. The applicant explains various circumstances why he could not appear pursuant to the purported notice served upon his father. It is his contention that his father is a habitual drinker who had never informed the petitioner regarding the notice of the petitioner’s appearance before the concerned police official.
2. It is seen that the proceedings under Section 84 of the BNSS have been initiated against the petitioner. The same had not yet been taken to its logical conclusion.
