The same is a result of the hearing conducted on 25th September, 2025. 3. It is further submitted that due to error a further notice has been issued to the applicant on 19.01.2026. 4. The said notice dated 19.01.2026 may be ignored by the applicant. 5. The delay occurred due to various responsibilities including SIR and Gangasagar Mela. The learned counsel for the alleged contemnors conveys apologies for the delay in passing of the order, which was signed on 11.11.2025. 2 6. The applicant may avail any remedies against the final order as available in law. 7. In that view of the matter, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the contempt application. 8.
