After arguing for a while, Mr. Narinder Kumar Attri, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would feel satisfied in case the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the representation, appended with the writ petition as Annexure-XI, alleged to have been filed by the petitioner, within a reasonable period of time. 2. On asking of the Court, Mr. Suneel Malhotra, learned GA waives notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 and 2 appearing vice Mr. Raman Sharma, learned AAG, Mr. Anishwar Chatterji Koul, learned GA waives notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 3 and 4 and Ms. Monika Kohli, learned Sr.AAG waives notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 5 and 6. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents submit that they are not averse to the said proposition, provided the representation of the petitioner is directed to be accorded consideration strictly in accordance with the applicable rules and governing law. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, and having regard to the innocuous nature of the prayer made, this writ petition is taken up for disposal at the very threshold, without going into the merits of the controversy, by directing the respondent No. 2–Director School Education Jammu, to accord due consideration to the representation alleged to have been filed by the petitioner on 05.06.2026, which has also been placed on record as Annexure-XI to the instant writ petition, strictly in accordance with rules and applicable law and also in light of law laid down by the Apex Court in case titled “Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir & Ors. Vs. Saba Wani” decided on 30.04.2026, within a period of four weeks from the date a copy of this order, along with writ petition and annexures, are made available to the said respondent. 5. A copy of the order, which is likely to be passed by the respondent No. 2, be provided to the petitioner through registered post. 6. Disposed of in the manner indicated above.
