1. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to take appropriate action pursuant to the inquiry report dated
05.09.2024.
2. Instructions have been produced that after undertaking the due procedure in terms of the report wherein the respondents were found guilty of not deducting the TDS, order has been passed for recovery of the said amount from the respondents-Gram Pradhan and Gram Panchayat Sachiv based on which, the amount has been deposited by the said Gram Pradhan and Gram Panchayat Sachiv.
3. In view of the above fact situation, we do not find any reason to continue with the present PIL, the same is accordingly disposed of.
