30.10.2025. 2.Upon hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petitioner claims to be a good Samaritan residing in the same area and in order to safeguard the Government property, he has made a representation and therefore, filing the present writ petition. 3.Thus, it can be seen that at best the petitioner can maintain a public interest litigation. It cannot be said that he is personally aggrieved of the same.
