The petitioner is an accused in connection with Saiko P.S. Case No. 19/2025. A raid was conducted by the Police in the forest and two miscreants were apprehended. Arms and ammunitions and some other incriminating articles were recovered from their possession. The petitioner appears to have been implicated on the confessional statement of the apprehended accused Somlal Mahli It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 18.06.2025. Although, learned A.P.P. has submitted that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent but regard being had to his manner of implication, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st, Khunti in connection with Saiko P.S.
