CSKHPKV, Palampur. 2. A perusal of the office order reveals that the petitioner has been granted the work charge status w.e.f. 01.01.2004 on notional basis and on actual basis from 16.07.2025. Since the mandate contained in the judgment passed by this Court on 05.05.2025 in CWP No.7333 of 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2025, titled, Vijay Kumar vs. Chaudhary Sarwan Kumar Himachal Pradesh Krishi Vishvavidyalaya, has been complied with, wherein the direction was given to the respondents to implement the directions issued by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the cases of Surajmani and Sarwan Kumar, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present execution petition and the same is closed and disposed of. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not been granted the benefits, as have been granted to others, in case it is so, the petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate proceedings, if available, in accordance with law. 4.
