The petitioners submit that, the above Criminal petition is filed before this Hon'ble court challenging the proceedings pending in connection with the offences punishable under section 85 of BNS, R/W 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. the same is pending on the file of the Addl. Civil Judge and JMFC, Mudigere in C.C.No.960/2025. 2. It is submitted that during the pendency of the above petition, the parties have amicably settled their dispute and differences and intendent to settle the dispute before the trail court. Hence petitioners do not intend to prosecute the above criminal petition, hence the petitioners seek permission of this Hon'ble court to withdraw the above Criminal petition, with liberty to work out the settlement before the learned Trail court in accordance with law. The second petitioner is the husband of the 1st petitioner, the 3rd petitioner and 5th petitioners are daughters of the 1st petitioner and 4th petitioner is the son-in-law of the 1st petitioner.
