The learned Government Advocate submits that orders have been passed in all the proceedings initiated under Section 78 of the Act in the year 2025 itself. It is further submitted that the encroachers have filed either revision petitions before the Commissioner, HR&CE or writ petitions. Since the direction of this Court has been complied with, we are of the view that no contempt has been made out.
