After arguing for a while, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would feel satisfied in case the respondents are directed to treat the instant writ petition as representation and to accord due consideration to the same within some reasonable time, to which Ms. Jagmeet Kour, learned counsel appearing vice Mr. Raman Sharma, learned AAG for the respondents, is not averse provided the same is directed to be accorded consideration strictly under rules and as per law. 3. Since an innocuous prayer is made on behalf of the petitioner, this Court deems it proper to dispose of this writ petition at its threshold by directing the respondent No. 2 to consider the claim of the petitioner by treating this writ petition as representation and accord due consideration to the same strictly under rules and as per law within a period of four weeks from the date a certified copy of this order along with complete set of writ petition is made available to the said respondent. It is made clear that while according consideration, the petitioner is Sr. No. 133 WP(C) No. 2181/2026 Page 2 of 2 at liberty to place on record all the requisite documents if required. A copy of the order, which is likely to be passed by the respondent No. 2, be provided to the petitioner through registered post. 4. The petition is disposed of in the above terms.
