Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by a co-ordinate bench of this Court in W.P. (S). No. 3436 of 2023 and other analogous case. He further submits that the aforesaid order was challenged in LPA No. 143 of 2024 [Nirmal Pahan & Others. Vs. The State of Jharkhand & Others and other analogous cases] and this judgment has been upheld by the division bench. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner lastly submits that though both the Singh Bench and Division Bench has decided the issue against the petitioner but the matter is now pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. 4. Considering the submissions of the petitioner that since it is an admitted fact that the issue involved in this writ petition is covered (2026:JHHC:2302) 2 by W.P.(S). No. 3436 of 2023, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the order dated 22.01.2024 passed in W.P. (S). No. 3436 of 2023. 5. It is made clear that if any order is passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in favour of the candidates, the direction of the Hon'ble Supreme Court will cover this petitioner also. 6.
