Civil Writ Petition No. 2214/2001 by recalling the order dated 02.07.2025. It is mentioned that at the relevant time, on account of communication gap, there were lack of instructions hence, no instructions were pleaded by the petitioner. However, thereafter, the petitioner contacted learned counsel and is also keen to press his petition on merits. Therefore, application for restoration has been moved. 2. In the light of above and for the reasons mentioned in the application, same is allowed. Order dated 2.07.2025 is hereby [2026:RJ-JP:1010] (2 of 2) [WRES-608/2025] recalled and the S.B.
