It is stated by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that upon recommendation of the OPSC, the Petitioner was appointed as Junior Lecturer in Logic and Philosophy in Class-II of OES (Group-B) w.e.f. 09.12.2013. He further contended that pursuant to the aforesaid appointment order, the Petitioner joined his duties at G.M. Junior College, Sambalpur on 16.12.2013. He further contended that while working as such the Petitioner was transferred to MPC Higher Secondary School, Baripada on 25.10.2019. 5. Learned counsel for the State, on the other hand, contended that although he has no specific instruction in the matter, however, taking into consideration the averments made in the writ application, and further considering the submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner has already submitted a representation which is pending before the sole Opposite Party for consideration, in Page 3 of 3. the event no final decision has been taken by the sole Opposite Party he will have no objection if this Court directs the sole Opposite Party to dispose of the such representation of the Petitioner strictly in accordance with law within a stipulated period of time. 7. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, on a careful examination of the background facts, further taking into consideration the limited nature of the grievance, this Court deems it proper to dispose of the writ application at the stage of admission by directing the sole Opposite Party to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 13.11.2023 in accordance with law and the applicable rules within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of a copy of today’s order The representation of the Petitioner shall be disposed of by passing a speaking and reasoned order, and the final order so passed shall be communicated to the Petitioner within ten days from the date of passing of such order. 8.
