2 for grant of anticipatory bail, apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No. 606/2025, registered at Police Station Dongargarh, Distt.- Rajnandgaon, (C.G.) for alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections 339, 336(3), 340(2), 3(5) of BNS 2023, and 34 (2), 59(A) of the Chhattisgarh Excise Act.
2. It transpires from the record that the present anticipatory bail application falls under Section 34(2) of the Chhattisgarh Excise Act, which is not maintainable as per provisions of Section 59A(i) of Chhattisgarh Excise Act.
