This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed with the prayer to modify the order dated 15.04.2026 passed by this Court in B.A. No. 917 of 2026 whereby and where under the petitioner has been directed to be released on bail with one of the conditions is to deposit the photocopy of her Aadhar Card. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Aadhar Card of the petitioner is in the custody of her matrimonial home and her in-laws are not providing the said document to her. Learned counsel for the petitioner draws attention of this Court to the supplementary affidavit filed by the pairvikar of the petitioner, who is the mother of the petitioner, and submits that therein, she has categorically stated that the petitioner was born in the village Gobindpur, P.O. & P.S. Sondimra, District – Ramgarh in the year 2001 and she has read up-to class-IX and attended High School, Dimra, district – Ramgarh but at present, they are not having any copy of the documents of school but the only document is that the name of the petitioner is appearing in the Ration Card of her grandfather. Considering the aforesaid facts, the order dated 15.04.2026 passed by this Court in B.A. No. 917 of 2026 is modified that the petitioner need not have to file photocopy of the Aadhar Card and all other conditions of the said order dated 15.04.2026 shall remain the same.
