Vs. The State of Rajasthan and Ors. (D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.988/2026 along with other connected matters) decided on 21.01.2026 as well as in the matter of Sheela Kumari Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors., (D.B. Civil writ Petition No.7718/2025 along with other connected matters) decided by the Co-ordinate Bench on 14.11.2025. In that view of the matter, both the writ petitions stand dismissed in view of the judgment passed in the matter of Sunil Jangid and Ors. And Sheela Kumari (both supra).
