It is stated that IA No.1/2013 is filed for impleading of owner and insurer of the another vehicle bearing registration No. KA-13-MA-5859 as respondent Nos.3 and 4. It was allowed by this court on 09.03.2026 and it was posted for amendment of the cause title. 3. Now both the counsel requesting the matter to be remanded back to the Tribunal for impleading the said parties. 4. Therefore, the matter is remanded back to the Tribunal with a specific direction to the Tribunal to give reasonable opportunity to both sides for adducing relevant evidence and for submitting arguments and to dispose of the matter within 2 months from the date of this order as it is an old matter. The tribunal is at liberty to pass fresh orders after considering the entire evidence on record, on merits.
