The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Petarbar P.S. Case No.122 of 2025, for offence registered under section 334(1), 303(1) of BNS, 2023, pending in court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bermo at Tenughat. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner’s name has come on confessional statement and the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent and the allegations are made of stealing of stabilizer and UPS from one of the school and submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be granted to the petitioner. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that the name of the petitioner has come on confessional statement. 5. Considering that the petitioner’s name has come on confessional statement and in that view of the matter the petitioner above named is directed to surrender before learned court within two weeks from today and learned court shall release petitioner, above named, on such terms and conditions as well as sureties as learned court may deem fit and proper. 6.
