Jiya Lal Bhardwaj, Judge (Oral) Learned Additional Advocate General has produced a communication dated 12.08.2026 issued by the Director, Directorate of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla-1 and copy of letter dated 06.08.2026 issued by the Under Secretary (Education) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh as well as office order dated 12.08.2026 passed by the Deputy Director School Education (Elementary) Una, District Una, H.P., which are taken on record. 1 Whether the reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? A perusal of aforesaid office order reveals that the petitioner, who was earlier promoted as H.T. on notional basis w.e.f. 23.11.2019 has now been promoted to the post of H.T. on actual basis with all consequential benefits, subject to further legal remedy, if any, being exercised by the State. 3. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present execution petition and the same is closed. However, in case the consequential benefits are not released in favour of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from today, he shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition. 4.
