Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 08.04.2026 in connection with Garu P.S. Case No. 05 of 2026, for the alleged offence registered under Sections 64(1) of the BNS pending in the court of learned ACJM, Latehar. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and the medical evidence does not support the commission of rape upon the victim. He has also submitted that the charge sheet has already been submitted. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party-State has opposed the prayer and he has referred to the impugned order and has submitted that the victim has also supported the allegation in her statement recorded under Section 183 BNSS. 5. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and considering the fact that there is direct and specific allegation made 2026:JHHC:19337 2 against the petitioner for commission of forceful repeated rape upon the victim, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. 6.
