Ms. Seema Sharma, learned Deputy Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. Petitioners seek directions to the respondents to release ‘Samman Rashi’ to them from March, 2025 to November, 2025 with interest. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the case of the petitioners, the grievance raised herein and the issues involved have already been adjudicated upon in Loktantra Senani Sangh Himachal Pradesh 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2 Versus State of HP & Anr.2. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioners would be satisfied in case the respondents are directed to consider and decide the cases of the petitioners for the reliefs prayed for by them in light of the aforesaid decision within a time bound schedule. Learned Deputy Advocate General is not averse to this prayer. 4. Having regard to the afore-submissions, but without examining the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents/ competent authority to consider and decide the case of the petitioners in accordance with law and taking into consideration the aforesaid decision in Loktantra Senani Sangh Himachal Pradesh2, within a period of six weeks from today. The decision so arrived at shall also be communicated to the petitioners. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
