Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the only grievance of the petitioner is that he has applied for issuance of Revenue Extract/Fard in respect of land measuring 07 Kanals and 04 Marlas, situated in revenue Village Sidhra, out of which a part of land has already been sold out and further prays that for meeting the domestic exigency, he wants to sell more land for which, Revenue Extract/Fard is required. However, his application of issuance of Revenue Extract/Fard is being declined. 02. He further submits that grievance of the petitioner can be redressed if a direction is given to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner. 03. Heard. 04. Given the submissions made and without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 3- Tehsildar, Jammu Khas, to treat this petition as representation and decide the same in accordance with rules. In case, the petitioner is found eligible for issuance of revenue extract/Fard, the same shall be processed and issued to him by passing a speaking order within three months. 07.
