1. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:-
“10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and quash the impugned order dated 25.11.2025 (Annexure P/1), in the interest of justice. 10.2 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to post the petitioner at his present place of posting i.e. Middle School Bela Block Korba and strict action may be taken against the respondent authorities for wrongly declaring the petitioner as surplus teacher and for rejected the representation of the petitioner in a discriminatory manner. 10.3 That any other relief which this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper may also kindly be granted to the petitioner in the interest of justice along with cost of the petition.”

Learned counsel for the Respondent/State raises an objection with regard to maintainability of the writ petition on the ground that the petitioner is having the alternate efficacious remedy of appeal before the Joint Director against the impugned order dated 25.11.2025 (Annexure P/1). 3. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition at this stage with liberty to avail the other remedy available under the law. 4.
On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the respective parties, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn at this stage, reserving liberty with the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy available under the law. 5.
