As per which, after investigation, Police found the offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 189(2), 117(2), 3(5), 61(2) of BNS proved against the petitioner and since these offences are bailable in nature, bail bonds of the petitioner have been accepted by the Investigating Agency. In view of above, prayer made in this anticipatory bail application does not survive anymore. Accordingly, this Criminal Misc. Bail Application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
