ORAL ORDER
1. Accused Nos.4 and 7 in Crime No.30/2025 registered by Gowribidanur Town Police Station, Chickballapura for the offences punishable under Sections 61(2)(a) and 310(2) of BNS, 2023 are before this Court in this petition filed under Section 483 of BNSS 2023 seeking regular bail.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
3. FIR in Crime No.30/2025 was registered by Gowribidanur Town Police Station, Chickballapura initially for the offence punishable under Section 309 (4) of BNS, 2023 against three unknown persons based on first information dated 21.02.2025 received from one Srinivasa S/o. Krishnappa. During the course of investigation of the case, accused No.4 was arrested on

22.02.2025 and accused No.7 was arrested on 03.03.2025 and remanded to judicial custody. After completing investigation, charge sheet is filed as against 11 persons and the petitioners herein are arrayed as accused Nos.4 and 7 in the charge sheet. The bail application filed before the jurisdictional Sessions Court in Criminal Misc. No.745/2025 was rejected on 24.12.2025. Therefore, they are before this Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that accused Nos.1, 2, 3 and 5 have been granted regular bail by this Court. The allegations against these petitioners are similar to those accused. The petitioners have no other criminal antecedents. Accordingly, prays to allow the petition.
5. Per contra, learned HCGP who has opposed the petition however, does not dispute the submission made by the
learned counsel for the petitioners.
6. FIR in the present case was registered against unknown persons. During the course of investigation, petitioners herein were arrested and after completing investigation charge sheet was filed. Accused Nos.8, 9 and 11 have been granted regular bail in Criminal Petition No.5371/2025, Criminal Petition

No.4787/2025, Criminal Petition No.4318/2025. Accused No.5 has been granted regular bail by this Court in Criminal Petition No.6885/2025. Accused No.2 has been granted regular bail in Crl.P. No.6277/2025 and accused No.1 has been granted bail in Crl.P.No.12328/2025.
7. Material on record would go to show that the stolen articles have been recovered from the possession of accused No.3 and
11. Accused No.3 has been granted regular bail by this Court in Crl.P.No.8613/2025.
8. Under these circumstances, I am of the considered view that the prayer made by the petitioners for grant of regular bail needs to be answered affirmatively on the ground of parity subject to appropriate conditions. Accordingly, the following:
9. The petition is allowed. The petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail in Crime No.30/2025 registered by Gowribidanur Town Police Station, Chickballapura, for the offences punishable under Sections 61(2)(a) and 310(2) of BNS, 2023, subject to the following conditions:

a. Petitioners shall execute a personal bond for a sum of `1,00,000/- each with two sureties for the likesum, to the satisfaction of the jurisdictional Court; b. The petitioners shall appear regularly on all the dates of hearing before the trial Court unless the trial Court exempts their appearance for valid reasons; c. The petitioners shall not directly or indirectly threaten or tamper with the prosecution witnesses; d. The petitioners shall not involve in similar offences in future; e. The petitioners shall not leave the jurisdiction of the trial Court without permission of the said Court until the case registered against them is disposed off.
